The brand-new museum tells the story about “Hurtigruta”, the famous coastal express, since the beginning the 1880’s, around 130 years ago. Visitors get an insight into the importance of the coastal express in Norwegian coastal- and transport history. And can jump back in time, by accessing the boat ‘MS Finnmarken 1956’ which is placed within the museum. A unique museum site!
