• 08:45 - Hop on Arctic Route from Tromsø centre
• 12:10 - Arrival at Mefjord Brygge Resort
• Free afternoon and evening for optional activities

Friday 16/06 or Tuesday 20/06:

• Warming up at Senja (one-way transport to starting point included) from Senja's most beautiful beach: Ersfjord
• 10-kilometer self-guided run: 10km, 180moh, 2km in tunnel (bring reflex and head torch)
• Shower facilities in hotel upon arrival
• Transport back to Tromsø by bus and ferry

Time schedule 16/06 or 20/06:

• 12:10 - Hop on Arctic Route at Mefjord Brygge
• 12:25 - Hop off at Ersfjord beach
• 15:00 - Be back at Mefjord Brygge .. running
• 15:00-16:45 - Shower and lunch (not included)
• 16:50 - Bring your luggage from the hotel and hop on Arctic Route back to Tromsø
• 20:15 - Back in Tromsø
